My name is Julia and I married my husband Jay on June 14, 2008, after almost three years of dating. We live in a satellite suburb-town of Dallas with our cat, Rudie, and three rats (Brenna, Petra, and Dusty Miller).
I work in Dallas and Jay works/goes to grad school in Denton, where he's studying to get his master's degree in Library Science. He's so smart ^_^
You will probably learn more about me from either pereusing my Interests or actually reading my blog than you will reading this Extended Bio.
Or just find me on Facebook or something :P I may or may not add you, but it's worth a shot, right? ;)
watching movies, san francisco, facebook, cooking, reading, photography, scrapbooking, baking, comic books, san diego, my husband :), webcomics, acrylic painting, stamp collecting, my three best friends, my crazy weird pets (rudie and dusty miller), olympic gymnastics, colorguard in any form, the occasional needlecraft (knitting or embroidery mostly), watching my tivo, xm satellite radio, playing wii (especially mariokart and gamecube animal crossing), and graphic novels, sur la table, container gardening on our apartment balcony, art museums (kimbell/dma/mfah), going to orlando for no reason at all, the mofos, singing loudly in my car on the commute home, wanting things that are too expensive or too ridiculously useless for my own good (like a puppy which i obsess about frequently, probably in lieu of having a baby or something stupid like that), being the invisible woman, being smarter than you, planning parties but never throwing them, really really really wanting a puppy although they're messy and impractical, lazy weekends spent relaxing, learning languages i will probably never use (japanese and russian), buying books from half price to add to my in case of a book shortage stockpile,
